Unfortunately, due to the nature of the town of Conwy, and the layout of the building, we are unable to provide access to wheelchair users. The restaurant is on the first floor.

Dietary Requirements

Should you or any of your party have any specific dietary requirements please inform a member of the team at least 48 hours in advance.

Please be aware that we CAN NOT cater for the following:

• Gluten Free/ Coeliac

• Alliums (Onions, garlics, leeks etc)

• Vegan

• Dairy Free

• Anaphylactic allergens

Please be aware that we CAN cater for the following:

• Vegetarian

• Pescatarian

• No fish/seafood

Dress Code

At The Jackdaw we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible, therefore we do not have a dress code policy.

Table Sizing

We offer tables of 1-6 guests, however should you wish to book a larger party, please contact us via enquiries@thejackdawconwy.co.uk for further information.

Guide Dogs

Please note, we do not accept any animals into the restaurant, other than guide/ assistance dogs.
